Hey guys, I just bought 3S, but I’d like to get into the game more and not have to go to CTF everytime I want to play against others, so tell me when there’s another gathering, I’d like to see how badly I do starting out ;p.
we usually try to get together at world warrior’s during the weekend. hit him up on aim for more info.
Yo whatsup everyone. Getting some hype out that NC is having a console tournament June 18th and we’re trying to keep it growing. It’s the 5th tournament at this location in about 9 months and the turnout has gotten progressively larger. It’s an internet cafe called Gamefrog with two huge flat screens and 9 smaller flat screen tv’s that are available. Last time T5 had 65-70 entrants, along with around 20+ for 3rd Strike and CVS2 with the turnout being mostly NC (Fayetteville, Charlotte, Durham, Greensboro) along with a few VA cats. We are also distrubuting a flyer around cities in our areas to try to bring some new people into things and help ensure a good turnout. We have a good size group of players and we’re really trying to improve on getting the out-of-state comp.

I’m going to most likely be heading to FNG today and/or tomorrow. If I’m not there, I’m at The Break. I’ll be playing T5 mainly, but I’ll milk the 3S machine too. I sucks 
heading over to the Break now. Should be there from about 12-close. all day. gotta get some practice on the 3s cabs before ECCX. watch phi will go and change the controls at the last minute anyway. hope some of ya’ll show up.

Justin does. It’s his main stomping ground. Ricky’s probably flying back to Cali’ soon which is why it was cool to play him last night without having crowds around.
Thanks man. Yeah I got my ass handed to me by Ricky in the tourny so that was enough. still would have been fun trying to beat him with ryu at FNG. Born and raised in NY for 17 years and never been to CTF. Think I’ll go this Sat.

btw, kofiend, i got a bunch of 3rd strike pcb offers, plus one for a complete 3s machine, so I should have 3s by this summer…

we are all gonna be busy except sundays during the summer. you can still hit up WW on aim though, dunno what his schedual is.

should be there by 2. I’ll be there for a while because I usually meet Henry there late on saturday nights. I don’t know his last name, but he could easily be one of the top players in the country
I’m all for home gaming competitions/practices. My home set-up is crap, so I definetly can’t host a descent event at this point. But if someone else hosts I’ll definetly bring food, drink, extra joysticks, whatever.
