People’s ideas of jail are wrong or right based on what jail (really prison in this case) we are talkin’ about. Also, race and crime depend. I know some very wealthy black and Latinos in some really fucked up prisons, of course, their wealth came from the drug trade; but they were millionaires nonetheless.
But anyway, ‘moral of the story is, don’t trust wealthy dudes with kiddie orgs around your kids. I have been sayin’ this shit since I was kid myself. Jared, Sandusky, MJ, and a whole host of other well-off sickos always seem to have organizations that “help kids” or jus adopt kids. I hate to say it, but rich dudes who are passionate about children issues probably want to fuck your kids. The rich guys who are leik, “fuck the kids” are the least likely to actually fuck your kids.

Uh…it’s extremely probable Michael Jackson never molested any kids whatsoever. That seemed obvious even before he died–I say this as someone who never really was a fan–and it only became a lot more probable after a lot of the people who sued him for money over such allegations came clean, after he died, that he never actually touched them sexually.
You’re certainly allowed to feel or to think that a lot of his behavior around children was inappropriate for his age, which it mostly was, but calling him an outright pedophile is another, disingenuous thing entirely. The “best” explanation for his odd behavior is that was “just” a lonely dude who never really got a chance to have a normal childhood or a real childhood at all given how blatantly exploitative his parents were, especially his father. Thus he was trying to desperately grasp onto that as an adult after all the personal wealth he had garnered allowed him some measure of freedom from most of his family. Nothing more, nothing less. Honestly, it’s more sad than anything, much less anything insidious.
As for your other “reasoning”, you should be suspicious of everyone around your kid(s), really, if you’re unfortunate enough to have one or more, especially since most children are molested by someone they actually know or that their parents know, rather than some random rich guy over some random charity. As such, relatively speaking, most people involved with children-centered charities aren’t interested in children sexually fortunately. If you really want to be suspect of a group of people who are “weirdly interested” in kids, then given all the stories in the news lately, clearly it’s (young, female) teachers you should be wary of. That and babysitters given how many guys I’ve heard supposedly lost their virginities to their older babysitters, which would technically be rape/molestation; most babysitters happen to fall into the “someone they actually know” category too.

I say this as someone who thinks MJ was the greatest musician of all time…I think he molested children. That seemed obvious long before he died. You don’t settle out of court multiple times for crimes that serious. You don’t pay to make that go away, because it wont. You pay to stop the plaintiff from exposin’ more shit about you that you didn’t want people to know. You pay for the smaller crime to cover the larger crime. You DO pay off people that could easily twist innocuous events into more than what it is. The reality is the dude’s rep was ruined the second it was mentioned. Had it played out, he would’ve gotten further drug through the mud with no shot of redemption, guilty or not.

(Oh, I agree that Michael Jackson settling didn’t help matters, but I guess I just think he was more the exception than the rule as far as being actually guilty goes even on that front for the reasons I said. He had a highly atypical worldview and image, so trying to apply most things that apply to “normal” people, even pedophiles, doesn’t really work on him even if he was one. For one, pedophiles are usually pretty low-key as opposed to dressing up like fucking Peter Pan. Shrug.)
Either way, even if he was a pedophile, then he’s dead now, so the problem is mostly solved anyway. Part of what makes me think he actually wasn’t is the fact, at least as far as I’m aware of, that no one else has else come forward after he died, even though there are still a bunch of things making money off of his name. If he actually did anything, then it just seems equally likely to me that at least one of them would have refused to settle and at least tried to take him to criminal court (and spoken to the media after he died about their likely failure to do so). That never happened.
Of course, all the parents of his “victims” could have just been money-grubbing assholes, which seems like it would be the case either way even if they generally make them even worse than I already perceive those type of people to be. Who can say? I guess if one or more of his kids say that he molested them or someone they knew, then I would probably believe it after all the facts came out, but until then…he’s still dead so I don’t really have to care.
Also, you should know it’s borderline impossible to tell tone on the Internet. So it was difficult to tell you were joking given it was below a paragraph where I already disagreed with you, especially in a thread where people are already saying a bunch of ridiculous things, like how Jared is supposedly going to star in His Asshole is a Subway: An Interracial Adventure!
