im sure they wouldnt stop any gaijin from entering because they dont have a card. its not like its an offical capcom tourney where they give special titles to your character record etc. a card is like 400yen anyway so you can also just grab a no name card. if all fails, just let em know justin is that 3s chun player from that one vid i’m sure everyone in japan seen. can also let a srker register a rufus to their card, i’m assuming thats who yall use.
No I just checked the site. There’s no card requirement for Fridays. All you need is 100 yen, a name, a left hand with enough fingers to grip the stick, and a right hand with enough fingers to push the buttons.
Show up like an hour or two beforehand so you can sign up. I’d help ya’ll find the place but I’m going out of town this weekend. Send a PM to Abelity or Johnny maybe… It’s kinda hard to find.

damn, i kinda knew they wouldnt be ready for all these players with different play styles throwing shit at them from all angles. props to dudes coming out and bringing it to japan though. wish the trash talkers would come out and do the same instead of sitting on their ass trying to be japan video critics.
yeah i do give props to them for travelling to places and fight other people too. you wont know how good you really are unless youve been to places and fought all kinds of people.
Its gotta be a bit of a wakeup call. All respect to those guys and it was single elim, but Japan is just so full of players that can beat you at any time.
The four or five dudes that come to Evo sometimes arent even the best guys. US players probably understand that now, and hopefully the rest of the US steps it up besides those top players like Justin, Marn, Valle etc etc.
