Japan - Living in Sendai, any fighting game locals?

Hello,

I’m very new here and I must admit that I signed up to just gain some information.

I moved to Sendai, Japan, about 2 months ago. I have been to a few arcades but what I’m interested in is finding a local scene that holds tournaments and casuals, etc? I really don’t know where to look and my Japanese is still quite basic.

Alternatively, is there anyone with decent Japanese who can tell me how to say “are there any local fighting game events?” Or something of the sort?

@ OP, nice name, is it a Bloodborne reference?

Anyway, I don’t know if any of them are still here but I remember some of the 3rd Strike players talking about various arcades in Japan. If any of them are still around maybe they can tell you.
