Greats and I were wondering if you were going to have a couple of tables for registration and if so would it be possible to borrow some space for AH3 / MBAACC signups so it saves us the hassle of running around telling people “HAI GUYZ MB AND AH3 SIGNUPS ARE FINALLY HAPPENING”.
I am really hoping that SF4 will start at noon but if there are more people than expected signing up the it could be pushed back to the latest 1pm
Marvel will start at least an hour after SF4 starts or when SF4 doesnt need as many stations (usually around top32).
Alright a little update on the MvC3 and SSF4AE tournaments:
Rules for both:
2/3 matches 3/5 WFs, 3/5 LFs, 3/5 GFs
AE2012: Loser can swich characters, Winner must keep character but can switch ultras.
UMvC3: Loser can change team, Winner must keep same team and same team order (including assists)
No characters/Stages are banned. Players may agree to a stage before they play.
Wrong Button/Wrong Assist or Ultra/Pause Rule: you can only change your button or assist character choice (MvC3) or ultra choice (AE) and restart a match if you recognize the error within the first 5 seconds of the first round. If you accidently pause or hit the guide button within the first 5 seconds of the first round the game will be restarted and you get a warning. A pause at anyother time in the match (or a second pause within 5 seconds of the first round) gives the non-offending player the option to take the round as a win or agree to unpause and resume playing.
THIS IS IMPORTANT
I am going to be using a system of calling matches similar to what DeadXIII has done before. Every station is going to have a number. When I call out a match both players will come up to where I am running the bracket. Only when BOTH players show up will you get a card representing the station you are to play on. One of the two players takes the card to the station and then they play their match. The WINNER of the match then brings the card BACK to me to report the match. If a player comes back to report the match without the card representing the station you played on I will not record any result.
The reason I am doing this is so I know exactly what stations are open and are not open to run the tournament in a timely manner since I wont be able to see what is open all of the time.

1-You guys might not have Rain
and 2- I haven’t picked up MK9 for over 4 months
my 2nd is Rain so my setup will definitely have all DLC charachter

Gonna be playing BlazBlue (As far as version goes, I think it’d be much more fair to run CS2 rather than CSX because, I, and probably many other people, haven’t been able to touch CSX yet, so that’d put us at a disadvantage against those that may have gotten their hands on it already.)
So I mentioned it to Bozak and he seemed to be interested, so I’ll be running everyone’s favorite event; the mystery tournament. Due to time constraints I’m going to have to limit it to 32 people, maybe even 16 if it starts too late.
Rules for those who don’t know:
Different game every round
2/3 for most games
Double elim
Controllers will be provided, but I’ll let people use personal sticks for games played on ps3 this time around.
Probably $10 entry unless people feel otherwise
Will start around the same time as the team events.

Can someone tell me where the closest Train Station is? I plan on coming in by Train then chartering a bus/taxi or whatever to get there.
