why shouldnt he be able to join? he has only made top 3 once and hasnt placed particularly high since that same tournament or in the new umvc3.
he was in the top 8 invitational and everyone else is banned from there :S

he came last in the invitational. invitational doesnt really count seeing as Joker was added based on hear-say alone with absolutely no top 8 placings at all.

So since Rikir is allowed to enter marvel, why have i (who uses shitty bison and came last for sure at the bok tourney) been deemed unacceptable for ae?

Seriously though this underdog tourney logic makes no sense
i didnt even make it into BOK, therefore i should be allowed in AE as well by this logic…the whole point of this tournament ( as far as i know) was to allow new players and intermediate players a chance to get their names and abilities out there, not people who place top 8 and are being considered top players in their respective games.
I lost to Rikir at the last tourney and I still think he should be allowed in. He placed 3rd once at the same tourney Joe placed 2nd and no disrespect to him but I think a very large part of that was everyone at the time played really stupid against Arthur from what I saw. On that note, he plays Tron and Arthur - 2 of the worst characters in the game - though I suppose there’s nothing stopping him from picking different characters.
I think scott should be allowed for AE.
