EVERCON is a non-profit event held by D.C. Everest Gaming Club. This is their 14th year organizing this yearly anime/gaming convention and they’ve done an amazing job with just students, parents, and teachers! EVERCON 2014’s theme: Medieval.

Gaming Generations is once again hosting this year’s video gaming at EVERCON 2014. Family fun open gaming will be available for all, including Kinect games, Wii Bowling, Mario Kart, Dance Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero, Retro Gaming, and MORE! Friday Night
6:30PM - Minecraft Medieval Castle Competition (X360) FREE

More details: Players will build a medieval castle in Minecraft (X360). Each player can register for one of the available timeslots (6:30PM, 7:30PM, or 8:30PM), and gets 1 hour to build their castle.

Payment required upon registration.
Registration ends 15 minutes prior to the first round of each event. First come, first served basis.
Signed consent form by parent or legal guardian required for those under 17 that wish to participate in or view M+ rated events. Consent forms will not be collected before EVERCON. Consent Form Here
By registering, you (your team) understand and agree to abide by the rules and regulations. You (your team) understand that there will be no swearing, cheating, or any other kind of unruly conduct while you (your team) participate in the event. If violated, you (your team) understand that you (your team) run the risk of being ejected from the event without being reimbursed for your entrance fees. You (your team) will try to make this an enjoyable experience for not only yourself (yourselves), but for everyone else involved.
If player is under 17 and wishes to view or particiate in M+ events, they must have parent/guardian consent (click here to download and print consent form) with them ON THE DAY of the event (do not turn in before-hand).
PAYOUTS
Payouts for all events: 1st Place: 60% Pot, 2nd Place: 15% Pot, 3rd Place: 10% Pot. Remaining 15% will go to the school to cover operating costs. 80-85% of school’s profits are donated to charity, while the remainder goes towards covering new school equipment.
Any additional sponsored prizes will be announced as the event gets closer.
