my buddy has a jamma board with MSH on it… i dont know much about it so i though id ask the professionals first…
now he says the guy he bought it from told him (maybe even showed him) that the board was playable on a standard tv with the rca input…
when he took it out and i was looking it i couldnt find anyway that it was supposed get powered let alone play on a tv… hes in the process of moving and such and may have other pieces for it boxed up but hes not sure…
i took some pics of the connections that are on the jamma board and was wondering if you guys know what the dealio is…
What you have there is just the CPS2 A-board and B-board. The B-board does have some kind of kick harness adapter but that won’t help you get it hooked up to a TV. To hook it up to a TV you’d need a “supergun” to provide power, joystick input and convert the RGB/S/G from the JAMMA line to someting your TV can accept.
I have seen a few “consolized” B-boards and that would work as well but it doesn’t look like it’s been done here. You can see a consolized board in the album linked here CONSOLIZED CPS2 | Facebook
