How much would it cost to change out a microswitch on a Sanwa JLF Joystick? My down input isnt working anymore. Id also like to know how much it’d cost to change my TvC stick with a MC Cthulu?

Hiryu, I’d change the microswitch for free. But if I were you, I’d replace the whole TP-MA board for your JLF. It’s just easier and that way you don’t have to worry about any of the other switches giving out either.
retiredjerk, you will have to schedule something ahead of time. Most of the weekends, we’re out and about. I believe you were in talks with JDM714, so you’d have to follow through with him since there was pricing and parts that were discussed.

Interesting, I just finished up some TE art for the same guy a few weeks ago.
At first, i looked at the stick and was like “Y so many buttons!” Then I saw the MK layout and the 6 button SF layout, and then was like “bloody genius!”

Haha, its funny, im actually asking joe to help me mod the stick i used that art for. D3v get back to me when u have space for more commissions! I currently wished to order a new one plus my friend is as well!

Ive been a long term lurker so this is my first post. I’m kind of new to the FGC. I was pretty excited to find you guys, even more delighted to find out you guys were in OC.
I have a MadCatz TE Round 2 PS3. Are you guys able to dual mod it for use with x360? (I’d love not to have to bring two sticks to my friends houses). Your prices in your first post advertise prices for x360 TEs to ps3 chimps. If so, do you know how much it would cost?
Also, with a dual mod, is it “plug n’ play”? Or will I have to press/hold some crazy button combination for it to work with the other system each time?

We can Dual Mod your PlayStation 3 TE.
The cost for that is $110.
There is not Automatic Detection for this Dual Mod.
You will have to hold Home to switch Consoles.
Only when you switch from one to other.
The last Console used is saved into memory.
So you will be able to use the TE on that same console after unplugging.
So when you are in PlayStation 3 Mode, you can just play on PlayStation 3.
Unplug your TE, plug back in, still work PlayStation 3.
Want to play on Xbox 360, then hold Home/Guide to switch to Xbox 360 Mode.
So when you are in Xbox 360 Mode, you can just play on Xbox 360.
Unplug your TE, plug back in, still work Xbox 360.
Want to play on PlayStation 3 again, then hold Home/Guide to switch.
Want to play on Xbox 360 again, then hold Home/Guide to switch.
I’m looking for some help getting my IIDX controller redone, I’m having issues where some of the buttons don’t work together. I’m open to suggestions, (Switching to ipac etc…), right now it’s a custom controller with Sanwa buttons, and the board I’m using is out of a PC controller.
I tried contacting the email address, but haven’t heard anything back just yet. I’m in L.A., but willing to travel to get this worked on. I’m including a picture so you can see it ahead of time, would really appreciate someone getting back to me.

Wow man. Long time no see. And yeah, I fell off for a while, just started back up. Still think it’s one of the best games ever made, which is why I’ve decided to see how good I can get at it. Good to see you’re around still.
I’m also a big fan of beatmania Bro. I played a lot of DDR/ITG but I still prefer IIDX
