[details=Spoiler] When did time travel become so mainstream? We have 4 people that went back in time in one movie:
Friendly Terminator Arnold
CGI Arnold
Asian T1000
Hybrid John Connor
Like WTF?!![/details]
Someone says âwe have to change John backâ so it doesnât seem that way.
I was kind of stoked on the T-1000 being the enemy again. I get the vibe that some producer thought an asian dude wasnât scary enough as a main protagonist.
Isnât that the original storyline for Salvation, before it was changed after negative fan feedback? Real John dies and Sam Worthington assumes his identity or something?
This movie reminds me too much of Sonic Generations, canât take it seriously.
Im actually excited to see this, i think what was the selling point. Seeing Arnold fighting 84 Terminator, and kicking his ass. To top it off i like the extended look in that interview!
Iâm a little pissed about the earlier spoiler in the trailers, but I like the idea of this movie. It sounds like a hard reset on the franchise, which was definitely needed. I would have really liked to see a resolution to this chapter of the franchise (aka the Arnold chapter), so they can finally defeat skynet (instead of stop one of itâs plans), and retire Arnyâs character off, until the inevitable full franchise reboot.
Yea that spoiler did hit hard, but i like the different take on it. Was this movie like a reboot sort of deal, for a new timeline?? I know shit got jacked up, and we are already heading in a different direction. The time traveling shit gets confusingâŚ
