Orwell.

I mean, ā€œOh well!ā€

Assuming he had a decent amount of involvement with Alita Battle Angel? Yes.

avatar and titanic was good wtf are yall talkin bout?

Avatar sucked big blue monkey balls.

And even Kate Wislet isn’t such a cow that she couldn’t have shared that piece of flotsam with Leo… maybe she’d have to have her feet hang off, but yeah - shite, and contrived.

He’ll be back…

Teaser up.

Odd music choice for the trailer.

Cool to see Hamilton back but I’m going to keep my expectations in check.

The initial premise to the duology was good enough, now they’ve made the timelines so convoluted there’s no intrigue whatsoever. Not to mention the lack of practical effects and mediocre CGI doesn’t help either.

I like how they shoehorned James Cameron’s name in there as the producer, but it doesn’t seem like even he can save this film.

How the T800 get old?

Gonna go see tgis in theaters because I’m a shameless terminator stan.

:sob::sob::sob:

Havent peeped the Sarah Connor Chronicles though. Does it give you Firefly/Marco Polo levels of hurt at not being finished?

Something about living tissue, but that was the Genisys explanation, dunno if that movie is retconned.

Not really…but it really needed a proper ending.

Cameron has words.

The Sarah Connor Chronicles is the best continuation of the franchise after T2, which says a lot considering it was a mid-ranged budget television show that got the Friday deathslot by Fox.

Sigh I’m too tired right now to hate but let me channel my hate and post in a few hours.

it seemed like a simple and logical explanation to me—basically the T-800s have living tissue on the endoskeleton… so that tissue and skin ā€œagesā€ like the skin of an ordinary living thing.

this trailer just looked ā€œblahā€ to me…at least the new bad guy Terminator looks cool, but that’s about the only saving grace in the mix so far.

My question is…which T800 is this?

The T800 in Judgement Day went into the smelter.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they do a twist and this Arnie is the original human template for the T-800. It seems instead of making a solid, grounded story the recent Terminator films have been just focused on ā€œgotchaā€ time travel twists of the original 2 films.

At this point I’d rather just have some kind of Animatrix~esque shorts of The Terminator than a full big budget sequel.

Yeah I was kinda thinking that, too.
