The initial premise to the duology was good enough, now theyāve made the timelines so convoluted thereās no intrigue whatsoever. Not to mention the lack of practical effects and mediocre CGI doesnāt help either.
I like how they shoehorned James Cameronās name in there as the producer, but it doesnāt seem like even he can save this film.

Havent peeped the Sarah Connor Chronicles though. Does it give you Firefly/Marco Polo levels of hurt at not being finished?

The Sarah Connor Chronicles is the best continuation of the franchise after T2, which says a lot considering it was a mid-ranged budget television show that got the Friday deathslot by Fox.

Sigh Iām too tired right now to hate but let me channel my hate and post in a few hours.
it seemed like a simple and logical explanation to meābasically the T-800s have living tissue on the endoskeletonā¦ so that tissue and skin āagesā like the skin of an ordinary living thing.
this trailer just looked āblahā to meā¦at least the new bad guy Terminator looks cool, but thatās about the only saving grace in the mix so far.
My question isā¦which T800 is this?
The T800 in Judgement Day went into the smelter.
I wouldnāt be surprised if they do a twist and this Arnie is the original human template for the T-800. It seems instead of making a solid, grounded story the recent Terminator films have been just focused on āgotchaā time travel twists of the original 2 films.
At this point Iād rather just have some kind of Animatrix~esque shorts of The Terminator than a full big budget sequel.
