Level 1 ONLY? As in, the same inputs do not combo for a level 2 and up Frank?
It would work for a level 2 Frank too. It does not level Frank up.
I think I just added 34,000 to it. Need to test.
I think I can break 1 mil with this. Going to be SUPER hard.

Hammer Throw H, Hammer Throw H, Object Throw, (WD over) QCB+H jMMHS(x3) S LLMMHS (land) (WD back twice) (Call Eye of Agamotto) Blue Light Special, Knee Drop, Call Drones, Blue Light Special, Knee Drop, jQCF+H Knee DropxxBlue Light Special.
Should do around 1 million. I’m trying to top Wolverine Master’s Frank combo since he is bragging so much :-p

Just found a Captain America to Frank West DHC that should do 50 hits. Working on tweaking it up a bit and I should have a video of it soon.
I have a problem: I keep killing people. Now, as a general rule, that’s a good thing. But when your BnBs with your point does upwards of 1 mil, plus chip, it’s hard to NOT kill people. However, when my point dies, and Level 1 Frank comes in, I have a problem. Any advice? Should I just start tagging in Level 1 Frank? Sacrifice a lot of damage to set up level up opportunities? Take a kill or two and potentially leave clean up to Level 1 Frank, sometimes with no XF?
Either end combos earlier into DHCs, add in more jL,sL,or cL to increase decay, move Frank to after Akuma if you have a reliable DHC there, or remove Frank from the team and play him on another team.
So it seems that Frank can set up a proper height shopping cart at level 1. Anytime you can do jToSH into sHxxBLS it will be the proper height. This also means however that Frank can do this from a raw knee drop.
Just did jdH jToSH sHxxQCF+AA S MMHS. Thats 26 hits. A one hit assist can then get you to level 4 from a knee drop. Its just another interesting piece of tech.

Well this is fine and good but I just tested and even when frank is in the corner, a simple cr.LMH launcher, j.MMHS, j.HToS, st.H xx qcf.AA already places him too close to the corner to follow BLS with a launcher it seems 
might need further testing
Comboing off of a shopping cart will only work in the corner under VERY controlled conditions. This is mostly a full screen affair.
Should work midscreen as well right? If you do Neutral jumps and a neutral TOSH?

Maybe if you end your air series with kneedrop to hold your momentum? That might actually work
As long as you are far enough out from the wall at the end where the opponent does not go over you. I have successfully done it full screen by ending an air series with S and I have also done it at midscreen. Its just like any other shopping cart setup.
Glitch that happened to me once. Have not been able to recreate it, alas. I took a picture, got level 4 (from level 3), and canceled into Survival Techniques. However, I saw the level 3 animation, not the level 4 one. Am unsure if I did level 3 or 4 damage. I clearly saw the level 4 near Frank’s picture during the animation.
Happened to me a bunch of times already. I always thought it was because you cancelled snapshot into ST just barely before the snapshot actually connects so you get the level up but because you did ST before it, you get the level 3 version. Hasn’t happened to me in a while though and I’ve never been able to recreate it, but it’s happened to me before
Happens to me all the time. Infact happened to me 5 minutes ago with my tron team.
I think, like Blue lightning put it, if you level up too fast and cancel immidiately then your going to get the annimation of the last level but not of your current one.
Yeah, happens to me from time to time. What sucks harder is that I could swear that if you seriously do it too fast then you won’t get any level-up points for it at all.
