I wonder if that would work with MODOK. Anyone with the game can test?
I think a powered-up Hyper Psionic Blaster will most likely work - assuming LOUs carry over to his DHCs and THCs, I’m not a MODOK player.
However, does MODOK get his headbutt hyper as a THC with one of his assists? If it did, I think that would be perfect.

I can actually put Frank on point with certain match ups in my team, beam assist while sending :h: zombie
and go from there. if they wanna come up in ur grill at the starting of the match spin zombie hahahahhahahha
wow this guy is gonna be a beast… All that being said and known i still dont think he is best to start off point bec his lvl1 still cant compare to most point characters in the game.
But Frank point can work very well, i will being doing that now seeing how easy it is to get to lvl 5
So that being said my team will have to change around, i will need to get in at lvl 1 so my slow zombie is the key
so call slow zombie then beam assist and get behind it or jump and do the down kick (watever its called).
When i reach lvl 2+ then the real shit starts to happen, call zombie then beam assist then roll behind them 
It does level up his THCs and DHC, but no, he doesn’t have Hyper Battering Ram.
OK i was contemplating to pick Chun li or Iron fist but i will take Iron fist to get Frank to lvl 5, rush punch and Frank Cart THC…
I still don’t see how you can combo with a picture off of a shopping cart hyper.
Seems like he recovers fast enough to link it, at least that’s what I’m told.

Thanks for the video. Getting to level 5 isn’t as hard as we all thought, like at all, but oh my god it’s worth it. The damage is on par with an x-factor boost what the hell.
Hmmm. I REALLY want to use Frank West on a team, I like the way that he’s looking. I’m contemplating a team of Haggar/Ghost Rider/Frank West. I would have Haggar on point, since that’s the best way to play the mayor. However, Frank needs to be leveled ASAP. So…I guess i’d put him on point and tag in Haggar once I get Frank to level four or five. With the way that Frank’s plunger assist works, that might be a good way to extend Haggar’s OTG. Leveling Frank is where the main problem comes in, though. This team might not be advantageous for a quick leveling up. Using a team hyper with Frank and Ghost Rider might work. Haggar DHC’ing to Frank from his rapid fire fist might also work…I hope.

put yeah shopping cart assist is really good and if you cross them up while calling it it holds them in place for a really long time, and he throws pies so yeahhhhhh

whats going to suck is that your going to have to use a weaker combo so you dont accidently kill the guy before you at least hit level 4 it might not be a huge problem but the way that you can kill anyone at anytime in this game…it might bite you in the ass
O_O Wow I didn’t see combo experience stacking coming, I thought taking picture multiple times during a combo was useless… now it’s apparently not.
So you either have 2 choices: Spend 2/3 levels of meter for THC and take 2 photosnaps, or drink, do an assist combo, and see how far you go.
I still think spending meter for THC is better though.
I’m inclined to agree. Better to spend meter than force yourself to tag out to avoid the vomiting penalty; that’s constraining your control of the match flow and your opponent can predict it very easily.
