Back in March. Vanilla came out in February. Fun stuff, Marvel and Capcom.

So wildvine47 over in the general discussion forum claims you can do a mashed inferno into shopping cart otg camera shot and get an instant level 5 frank. Thats real good if it turns out to be true.

While inferno mashed does do 99 hits, I don’t see how you could get a picture off of it.

Im guessing the shopping cart allows frank to get a picture after.

There was a stream from someone on GAF who got the game early and he was testing stuff. I made sure that this got tested, and it works like a charm. When I saw that blue glow kick in, you have no idea how happy I was.

Hm, I could have sworn that PiKiE claimed that XF was necessary to follow up the cart, but if this is true, then that’s good news.

It will have lots of ways to get him to lvl 5, i’m thinking Chun li on point, combo into mashed kiko and DHC into frank and shot… lvl 5, u guys are making it out to be specific to certain characters…

Thanks for the input guys. That new super-skrull stuff sounds hot, if it really works i’m going to run Skrull/Frank/Doom.
My other choice is Frank/Ammy//Doom. In all white.

I think that the best way to level him up outside of specific teams is some way to get multiple snaps in one combo. Probably would need a long lockdown assist like Cold Star or Dark Hole.

So Seth dropped two bits of info about Frank on his Twitter.

1. Frank has setups to make him level up faster. This we already know. Nothing new here.
2. Frank is apparently very scary at higher levels. While most of us are aware about the benefits of leveling up, his use of the word “scary” makes me wonder what is yet to be discovered about Lv. 5 Frank.

Can’t wait for Ultimate.

If it DHCs the same as Inferno I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

Contradictory info. We’ve heard hands-on reports saying no, we have videos saying yes.
