Good to see other people out there respect The Last Dragon.

Strider wall climbing on nothingness lol. With the wall for widescreen, it had to be put in or else people would try and run off the map and let the timer go by.

if this doesn’t have 4:3 fullscreen resolution like HD Remix, it won’t be worth getting.

Every complaint so far has been confirmed. Except for the option of not having custom colors. To me that would be pretty cool from the videos I saw with them.

I don’t own HD Remix, so I don’t know what you’re talking about exactly (4:3 fullscreen? on a 16:9 TV? you mean a zoom feature? O_o ) , but the aspect ratios for MvC2 were already announced.

If I recall correctly, dead body infinites aren’t allowed in tournaments, right? Is anything lost by just preventing the ability to do them? Also see: Gambit glitch.

as long as that is intact, removing the ability to do it infinitely is no problem. but I don’t believe it can be selective like that. it’s staying unfortunately.

Thanks for the clarification. I would tend to agree that it probably couldn’t be selective like that, but if it CAN be, I feel Backbone/Capcom should try to implement that selectivity.

hmmm not feeling the invisible wall stuff…

As in, you don’t like it, or the characters are able to move beyond the confines of 4:3?

Maybe he means that the characters look silly climbing up and getting stopped by invisible walls, because they obviously can’t get past the 4:3 ratio.

It’s weird-looking, but personally I think I can get used to it.

After watching the IGN vid I vote no to those invisible walls.

as in i dont like it, it looks dumb bouncing off of invisable walls and gbs look like they will be a pain in the ass.

just don’t play in widescreen.
