i read the OP and thought this was gonna be another OG circle jerk thread, but then i saw who made the thread and smiled. remember when we used to chat on aol instant messenger? someday we need to meet up no homo

all the ppl on srk that i wanna keep in touch with are on facebook. srk is mostly a cesspool these days, not like the golden years. even the trolls are weak watered down versions of the originals. when cisco becomes the “greatest poster of all time” the forum has jumped the shark. the site is hideously ugly, takes forever to load even with ads, and the threads in GD have mostly become sub discussion forums for various sub-interests people have. i dont even venture outside of GD anymore because there’s nothing for me out there in the wastelands. the only good thing about this site is i can say stuff here that would get me a temp or perma ban on more grown up sites like teamliquid. but that’s only true in GD, the other forums on SRK have much stricter moderation, probably to clean up the misogynist image that gamers have.
