Hi, I read a review that SFV can run with 4GB RAM and an old 8500 GeForce if you select the “Low Spec Mode” is that true? can someone confirme this?

an r7 240 does the game at 720p 40-60 fps.
an r7 250 does the game at 720p 40-60 fps.

a gtx980 would probably 4k that shit at 30fps.
