if you pay with pay pal and how would you go about getting your money back? just wondering i still haven’t paid yet. i sent him an e mail yesterday though. i’m waiting on what he says.
It would take some time for a refund, if he transfered the money from Paypal to a bank account.
I’ll wait two weeks, but I want an upgraded overnight shipping instead of the ten dollars discount.

I’m still deciding if i should wait it out. If you guys are going to leave negative feedback, we should all do it the same time. I say we do it in about 2 weeks. If he doesn’t get the order we drop the bomb on him.
Answers to common Questions:
If he refunds you within a week, he does not pay the 3% difference, no one loses money. If later, he will probably lose the 3% and customers can complain.
If he delivers after the two weeks with the $10 discount, in no way should you leave him a negative feedback. Doing that proves your an idiot, and simply want to screw someone. You would leave a neutral, it wasn’t a perfect transaction, but it occurred, and a discount was applied for your troubles.
After 1 week, you can call paypal and begin the investigation of your claim, since he sent you an email about it, paypal shouldn’t have to much trouble refunding you. Hes a power seller, etc.
He did a very unorthodox thing, by giving you positives feedbacks first, you never ever as a seller do that. One reason, if your honest, and ship and the customer decides to neg rep you. What can you do nothing, but if you didn’t rep, you neg him. Theres no reason for a seller to neg someone if they pay, hence why the seller normally reps last.
Overall, I never dealt with this seller, and can’t speak if hes either good or not, but its not good when people want to jump into screaming and crying like 5 year olds, not even one day after this happened. The price was a to good to be true, and it sucks, and EVERYONE is completely right, and can complain, be neutral up to the two weeks, because the world isn’t ending, and if he ships its all good, otherwise if takes to much longer, and or a refund isn’t given then neg rep.
The only thing that bothered me honestly, is the whole email sent that the item is shipped, and losing track of 29 hraps, that indeed is shady. But we can only find out later, not verdict can be passed now. Thank goodness, I make my own and don’t deal with this, hahaha. And for parts Lizardlick.com just owns so ;).
I don’t really agree with you at all. This guy would obviously know if he had 29 HRAP2s. So he lied about his auction, to me thats fucked up, and he’s getting neg rep from me. 10 dollar discount means nothing if i have to wait an 2 weeks. You’re acting like we should give this guy a chance when we just forked over a buttload of cash 29HRAP2sx69.99+shipping=ALOT assuming all the sticks went to srk, which probably happened. The guy probably just used the money we forked over to pre order the sticks for anyone who decided to stay and get the discount. This seller should have just said this is a Pre-order in the beginning and not lied about it like this.
Well you misinterpreted what I said. I did mention, you are 100% correct. And did also mention I find his lack of knowledge of his own stock shady, but before you fire the trigger, maybe his story is correct, and he made a mistake, look at his sales, I don’t doubt he has or uses a warehouse. It doesn’t make him correct, but the fact that he let you guys know, etc, seems to show good faith. Again my whole point is to give the dude some time, you won’t find a better price, and hes at least assuming his responsibilities. Now whether or not in the end it will be like that, I dunno. I just think its premature to neg someone, when he at least acknowledged the problem. Maybe I am too nice, go figure O_o.

Me: "I’ve emailed you twice in 18 hours. Where is my refund?"
Them: "We’re transfering money back into our PayPal account. We expect to have a refund for you this afternoon."
Me: “…”
I’m (not) impressed with the professionalism of this outfit. You’d think someone with that level of sales would have enough cash on hand to effect refunds. :annoy:

i sorta agree with you, i like to give people chances, but even if these people got emails saying sorry and whatnot, i know they gotta feel cheated and that always sucks
i would wait till tomorrow cuz by then Mr. Sanity supposedly should have his refund by then…unless they start giving him the run around.
i’m in a similar situation, cept that i bought a stick off a dude, and after the auction ended, he accepted the payment and won’t respond any of my email’s (s’been a week)
i have to wait another few days to do a dispute, but i haven’t neg rep’ed him until i open the dispute…i guess just in case it does show up, then i’ll give 'em a neutral, otherwise, i just want my 40 bones back
