Also Sanity, you don’t carry the burden of the world in your shoulders, he gave you your money back, you neutral rep him, you aren’t responsible for what happens to anyone else. By wanting to neg rep him for someone else you aren’t helping the system your breaking it. Feedback is individual for a reason, no matter what noble illusions one may have.
Everyone else Rep accordingly, and I stand by my post, and I think this is good proof.
Though don’t go easy on the neutral, put in there, promised item, and backe out of it, etc etc.

Actually, I’m neg repping him just as I would anyone else that breaks the fundamental tenets of auctioning:
- Don’t bid if you can’t pay
- Don’t sell what you don’t have
Plus the lying to me part (email confirming delivery) puts it OTT for me. I passed on some nice opportunities for a stick (or other entertainment) due to this “deal.”
I am 100% behind those rules too, I think your 100% correct, just think its a little much to neg rep, guess I am just paranoid on those, I luckly have 100% on my ebay, and knock on wood, like to keep it that way, but ye I have positives because I follow those rules to the tee, but dunno mistakes happen, especially since hes a power seller, and prob has 2 people working total, if its not a family business, I dunno guess I am a bit more sympathetic, and nice lol. The delivery thing I think is automated, thats where it happened, but ye if you feel that strongly about it, neg him, lol I am not him, doesn’t affect me. I just like to consider both sides, thats all ;). Anyhow I am GG on this thread, opinions have been stated, good luck to everybody ;).

Based on what I seen, this is what I think has happened.
He automatically makes his auctions, he activated that one, without knowing he had the stock. Didn’t realize it, because of the size of his store. When the auction got SRK’ed TM, then he finally noticed. If you notice there were 19 sticks left, and if you click purchases, there aren’t 29 bought. If you add up the totals, so it seems he pulled the auction, after realizing his mistake. Emails are automated However of course, he doesn’t want to lose sales, so what does he do? He sends that email giving you an option. Its completely a mistake, and unprofessional, and its almost is one of those second chances things. So thats why I mentioned what I mentioned, I think its been a mistake since the begining, everyone is 100% correct, and right, etc, I just think this guy made a mistake, which lead to a series of mistakes that got him screwed.
Though I think I am going to stop trying to lessen the burden on other people’s mistakes, guess I just don’t like seeing people in bad positions, makes me feel bad for them and I wanna help out.

I ordered 3 & i’m going to wait it out…Kinda sucks cuz i could have used that $300 for something else. Its paypal buyers protected so it should be fine in 2 weeks to get that refund if he doesnt deliver.
I know you are done adding your thoughts to this topic, but I wanted to point out that if you count the purchases there are 30 sticks that were purchased. There were only 23 people, but a total of 30 sticks were bought. The auction started at 29 when it was mentioned to SRK and within 12 hours the 29 remaining on the auction were sold.
