Damn.Why did they make yun and Yang be so low tier,in the comic?

I guess it’s probably because story line wise,they are insignificant.

The SF comic began as simply Street Fighter. When the writer’s decided they were getting too far away from SFA and SF (Fighting Street, or SF1 more specifically) and too far into the SFII stories, specifically the Super and ST stories, they changed the name, even though it’s still the same story/plotline. So, I imagine, I certainly hope, that when they’ve exhausted the SFII (and the dangling SF) plotlines, they’ll move into SFIII.
