Just when I thought they were done raping the corpse of DB, they go and team with 4Kids. While 4kids is responsible for hilarious YuGiOh dub, theyāre also the people that single-handedly made sure One Piece failed on American TV.
I canāt wait for them to overlay the punches and kicks with 60ās Batman-style "BIFF!"s and "POW!"sā¦

Iād like to remind everyone here that the DVD/Blu-Ray release is still going to be Dual-language and uncut, with an uncut (and newly scripted) dub, done entirely by Funi. Yeah, itās kinda silly that the TV release is getting censored all over again, but itās not THAT big a deal.
Also, pretty sure TV version will have the Japanese score and Sean Schemmel singing Dragon Soul like the DVDs. Could be wrong though.

If you guys REALLY care about watching DBZ AGAIN then buy the Funi DVDs. They will be 4kids free. I canāt imagine watching this show again though.

True. There are some concerns for Kai. Like, Iām worried Gohanās SS2 transformation will be more faithful to the manga, an the dope song that played during that scene in the original anime, Spirit vs. Spirit will be gone. Of course if that scene is somehow still made sweet and a cool new song is there, itāll be all good. Iām fine with Funiās orange remastered boxes and Iāll probably just get those for my filler needs and what not.
You know as iām rewatching Dragonball, it blows my mind how the characters like Krillian, Tien, and Yamcha didnāt go to Korinās tower early on in the series prior to the third tournament and train with Korin and drink the water and such.
Guess I will just wait for the DBZ Kai box set and call it a day. Should be good.
