I understood that Pan was 1/4 Saiyan, but I thought she still should’ve been more powerful. Toriyama said she couldn’t go super saiyan or great ape, because she was only 1/4. That doesn’t make much sense to me, because Goten and Trunks are both half-bloods but they weren’t born with tails either.

man i watched a episode of kai once(piccolo vs freeza) and so many parts are cut out. its like its being rushed. i heard its supposed to be exactly like the manga. is that it? theres nothing special about re-releasing this series? i thought it was going to be re-done and look like the intro or the video game intros and with better animation… oh well i guess. im just getting the movie blu-rays and im buying the fan boxsets(i think its called. the yellow boxsets).

I wouldn’t even give them that. Gohan’s tail grew back so many times when he was younger, I lost count. Genetics played a big part in Goten’s and Trunks’ life. Seeing how their mother’s side of the family doesn’t have tails, they’ve most likely obtained those recessive traits from them.

There are various problems (which, ironically, I only realized just because of that joke), actually. Scientists are different from engineers for the most part. Scientists, thus, typically don’t build all much if anything. Even if he WAS an engineer, there’s nothing to say that he should be able to build a space ship. Sure, he made an aircraft, but it’s like expecting car makers to be able to build spaceships. Besides that, he’s only one man. If it wasn’t for plot elements, then it would literally take him years to build a working spaceship by himself.
