dbgt is not canon, its just gay. its one big goku bukkake love fest, with japanese otakus jerking off to it all day. none of it actually happened. the series ended with uub, and that’s that. if they do dbz again, they should pretend like dbgt never happened.
strong people DIDNT just come out of nowhere, Dr Gero created a bot to analyze goku, his friends and their enemies DNA. so technically cell isnt this strong ass geezer that came out of nowhere, gero was studying these people and taking their data to match it. cell and androids ONLY existed because goku, freeza and the Z fighters existed.
as for the Buu saga, the people involved in it are the gods of the gods and their nemesis, so it makes sense for them to be that powerful
if you wanted dbz to end at freeza then you should of switched it off when planet namek blew up. but if that happened then you wouldn’t of got Cell or the crazy buu saga era. you would of got nothing or a failed dragon ball remake
That’s basically what I said. When I said “controlling”, I mean “limiting”. And I don’t think it should’ve been something that they can just freely switch into.
Legends was a great idea, but the programmers overlooked the enormous problem of having to keep both players’ characters on the screen at the same time. One player mode was awesome, with tons of space to explore. The two player mode felt like you were trapped in a tiny-ass bubble.
ah u just had to get use to it. it felt like i was training my eyes in two player mode. when i was playing other people they were like “how the fuck can you see all thats going on at the same time?” i simply replied, “because i have the sharingan!”
I was fine with that aspect of it. It was purely a spatial issue. The characters were incapable of really flying around like they were in one player mode, and being able to do that was a big part of the fun. It would have benefited a lot from a split-screen feature.
Anybody else enjoy Buku Tougeki? Hyper Dimension-esque graphics, nice (but simple) gameplay. And another question: why is everyone saying DBZ Infinite World = Bukokai 4, when it’s obvious that it’s pretty much Sparking 4?
I wanted to love Super Dragon Ball Z, but the FUNimation-only audio really killed the fun. Nobody busts out the “Kame Hame HAAA!!!” like Masako Nozawa, and Sean Schemmel just sounds like an impostor next to her.
they should give you the choice to switch to version japanese with the music also(like naruto ultimate ninja storm). it pisses me of that japan has their music and we get crap
More than half the male characters in the dub sounds like they have sexuality issues…you all saw what they did to Freeza.
“Gay-ku”/Schemmel: out of the closet
Vegeta: trying WAY too hard to hide it with his fake “tough biker” voice
I would’ve bought that game but yeah…the lame, cartoony voice acting kills it. You just can’t get into it. I’d rather not understand what people are saying than to have them sound lame as hell and speak my language. “KURAE!!” and “Chikusho/Kuso” sound infinitely better than some kiddy-sounding “Take this!” and “Darn you/darn it all!/Darn!” they couldn’t even dub curses to match japanese curses? not even a “damn!”? People are getting badly injured, and cursing never crosses their minds? This is some kiddy shit right here. Look at any japanese game that has english vocals options. Sounds like crap. People just like the dub voices because…well, if you’re used to eating crap, you’re naturally gonna prefer it over “strange, weird” food, even if said strange food tasted better. Their primary exposure was the crappy dub.
