I don’t see a lot of coverage on this converter. Is this currently the best adapter available with no 8 minute timeouts? Does anyone actually have one and has used it on PS4?

Someone all ready shown this converter in Tech Talk.
Unlike the Cronus Max/Titan One converters, non of the original Cronus crew is on the M4 team.
The M4 is made/developed in china I believe

in what way? you needed to hookup the cronus/titan to a PC for it to work. unless I missed it, this looks more like a conventional converter that sits between your console and peripheral
In the sense that it is a usb device with preinstalled software that requires an officially licensed controller connected to provide security bypass. After installation of the software on the cronus/titan (the one time hook up to the pc, does not need constant connection to pc) these work in a similar manner.
