No it is not.
It got banned around the same time as Oni.
If it’s not wireless, it’s not banned
I think only the 1st gen ones that aren’t updated to fix the L/R block in UMvC. So if you have issues with the Hitbox, maybe just make them test it in button check, other than that they’re perfectly legit.
UMVC fixed the issue itself in the game, so it doesn’t matter anymore
