Is Redragon Saturn G807 a good gamepad for fighting games?

I want to buy this gamepad because it’s not too expensive.

Do you think its D-pad is good for easily pulling off moves in street fighter 2 (like dragon punch)?

Yeah, for controllers it’s always better to try it yourself than to rely on what other people say about it; it might work for you and other people might hate it.

Examples:

  • Most people swear by the Saturn-style d-pad for fighting games; I personally don’t really care for that form-factor (it’s just “fine” for me), and I much prefer Nintendo’s style of d-pad.
  • It’s pretty much a general consensus that the Xbox 360 d-pad sucks hard for fighting games like Street Fighter, but my brother does just fine on it (it’s not his preferred/favorite, but his performance on it isn’t particularly worse than on other d-pads).
