I’m a UK guy living in Japan, and was wondering why I can’t find any Japanese/Korean players online… and then it came to me… has USF4 (PS4) even been released here on Japan PSN??
And does anyone know the release date? I can’t find any information anywhere

No, it hasn’t.
If the game were to be ported in Japan, then Capcom of Japan would do it themselves, & not from some American developer like Other Ocean Interactive.
So it might never be released here? That just seems strange as it’s still popular here… This is the only reason I bought a PS4…
I thought the PS4 version was being touted as the ‘official tournament version’ so wouldn’t Japanese players need to practice this version for Evo, etc? (I know it has since been changed to the Xbox 360 version…)
It’s no official tourney version. It’s ass. Japanese players can continue playing at arcades and 360s.
With patch 1.03, it’s pretty good, in my opinion. Very responsive.
Please release it in Japannnnn…
