I consider it an anime fighter, as I don’t think they’re limited to Eastern properties.

I don’t consider it an anime fighter at all.

Street fighter isn’t an anime fighter, anymore.

An anime fighter is animated by hand in some way or another. I think the last Guilty Gear were 3D models. But the back grounds were hand drawn.
And Skull Girls will be an anime fighter based on that same principal. It isn’t necessarily based on being Asian or not.
