Is KoF13 EVO going to be Singles or Teamed vs?

I feel strange asking about this, but I just want to double confirm with myself whether or not KoF is 3v3 or 1v1.

Went to the EVO site just to double check and to my surprise, it doesn’t state which one on their own page.
Game Settings: Versus Mode, 2/3 Rounds, 2/3 Games
