Kinda disappointing.

It seems to me like SF4 is all about Ryu and Sagat, all about Hadoukens and Shoryukens, Shoryuken is the key to landing all ultras… etc

Charge characters suck in this game
shotos dominate the roster

I dont mean to start shit or anything, or maybe I still need to get used to game more

Someone tell me it isnt all about shotos hadoukens and shoryukens and why

I mean, I know SOME pro players are good with charge characters, but I havent seen in particular who are winning tournaments or famous

only good charge player I can think of is Nuki but…

I’m trying to get good with charge characters… mainly Chun-Li, but to compete against a Ryu or Sagat is ridiculous broken

When I use Ken, I tend to win A LOT MORE
not saying im pro but… i think shotos are TOO EASY TO USE!!

Last time I checked, zero sagats made top 8 at evo. On top of that, I don’t think there are that many expert sagats in the us. To me that means he’s not as easy to use in high level play as people make it out to be.

Daigo also barely beat justin at evo, using boxer(a charge character), and in fact won more games than daigo when he was rog. Wcw also had marn hin, who uses viper,boxer,and rufus.

So what am I trying to say? Stop crying. I see tourneys everywhere being won by various characters.
