Based on my understanding of Dragonball’s lore (you can watch PlagueOfGripes DBZ vids if ya want, he goes in depth about power levels and stuff):
Goku will have huge troubles in winning any battles that avoid or undermine his ability to utilize KI.
Any character that sets his own rules (e.g.: Jojo characters that can just ignore the basic rules of DBZ), any character that used to meddle in reality bending \ magic stuff (e.g.: WH40k Librarians can just “turn off” Goku’s ability to generate\gather Ki).
Good thing that Superman has noone of that. So…
Supes wouldn’t even need to fight Goku to beat him. Goku is a fucking moron. It will take less effort to fool him than it would with Bizarro.
Super Man’s one rule is he holds back with everyone, as he knows he can kill most people, even the cosmically powered ones with a single punch.

Batman had to rely on Kryptonite Gum to try to Snap Superman out of the Brainwashing he was in.
