The early character art from the first two Street Fighter III iterations makes it pretty clear he’s intended to be black. It seems the character artists forgot to draw him as such sometime between New Generation and Third Strike.

And lennox lewis is one person, and he doesnt even sound like dudley in the slightest… he has a deep voice which gives the ‘ah’ sound… so what? theres a distinct accent dudley has that he lacks. And no, Capcom isnt stereotypical but obviously they have to use distinguishable factors of race. Thawk=feathers and war paint, and Deejays jamacian accent. Dhalsim is brown because he is an indian mystic (eventhubs) and hes orange because of PAINT. fail. :laugh:
