Guile no charge Flashkick

So I was in training mode and the CPU styled on me with something I didn’t think was possible. In the video he is clearly walking forward and flashkicks without using faultless walk. It’s probably the CPU just being programmed to not need charge to do a flashkick but i just wanted to post it just incase it could inspire some tech monster to find a way.
