Iran & N. Korea, declaring they have "common enemies", agree to cooperate in technology and science

I’ve spent the last 11 years studying the world from many different viewpoints in order to do my job. Though I’m in a career shift now, don’t you dare tell me I take sides blindly. I just have this nagging voice in my head that demands facts instead of letting my imagination get the better of me. It’s annoying, I know. But it’s a burden I must carry.

This, to me, reads like:

[/quote]

You forgot the Fast Food Wars, and the Console Wars.

They were. Many Bothans died.

That’s not the point, Gaddafi would still be in power had American not waved its penis around. If you want to go and nitpick, by using American military force to attack another sovereign nation with out the approval of congress is illegal. Not only that, that’s a deceleration of war, and by sending American military forces into Libya, America invaded Libya. So yes, America did invade and pull out once Gaddafi lay dead.

None, we have been very lucky that we have had a sheltered existence.

This is all bull shit (kinda). The real shit is happening in S. America.

Civil War. I think the Mexian-American War was before that.

Unless you consider the Watts riots a war…

Cool, I was pretty sure it was the Civil War as well. I was just making sure there was nothing in between Vietnam, Korea, and Desert Storm that I was unaware of (yes I know none of those were on American soil, potential grammar smartasses)

We good.

Rainbow-sprinkled Bothans?

They might have had hoofs. And they might have been in AF’s av before.

All America did was defend people already revolting. There was civil unrest, then the people started taking over cities in the country. Gaddafi was going to SLAUGHTER those people since he had all the weapons. All we did was provide some support and take out a few weapons that would have annihilated the revolutionaries. It’s the same shit we’d do in Syria if they decided to drop their WMDs on the people. No government should be allowed to do that to its citizens.

It doesn’t hurt that this is happening in a location of the world where we have the most problems, either. If the U.S. can solidify relations there, it calms the tranquility of oil prices and helps us maintain peace between nations. But I’m the mainstream media! I don’t have centuries of literature to help come to this conclusion. Oh no!

I liked this thread better when it was jokes.

No, that is not a “good video” and it is highly doubtful it was even made in North Korea at all. It is simply “Occupy 99%” rhetoric and anyone could have made a video like that. It is absurd to suggest the actual, existent propaganda in North Korea is anything like paranoid delusions of “brainwashing/conditioning in America”.

I say blindly because I still have the nagging voice in my head your different viewpoints are still of a mainstream nature that are slightly out of the standard viewpoint americans have (there are various levels to this). If you looked into some of the topics like conditioning/belief systems/awareness filters you would find plenty of discussion on why it’s more than simply having looked at many various sources if one is still unaware of how their belief system works.

"Fuck, I wasn’t prepared for anyone who asked for proof. But proof only proves a fact, anyway. Who needs it. Just look at it and believe what’s in your heart."

Yes I know (your replies are, again, nothing new), this is still something outside of what you’re used to (so much that you’re misinterpreting my intent) so you don’t even where I’m actually coming from and you’re just trying to defend your belief system against mine which isn’t even what I’m trying to do here. I’m trying to get people past that part. You actually think I came into this not knowing the typical responses (I wasn’t ‘prepared’ lol). I’m already experienced with this and it’s like people of 2 different religions headbutting against each other…well, I’m not trying to do that too much on my end. I’m throwing these things out there for those who are past the typical 1st level response such as yours when these things are discussed. There is more to this than one could try to convince you of in a day or even several days, which is why that’s not the place I’m coming from. If you don’t believe in it, oh well. I’ve done the immense work on these topics myself and am only throwing this out there for those more open to look into these things as they need to work on their own unique belief system.

(hopefully others who might reply read this so I don’t get the same usual repetitive mainstream responses from people that are addressed, futilely, because people just want to bump belief systems against each other)

I won’t lie to you, I didn’t read shit beyond “this is still something outside of what you’re used to.” You either put some proof behind your post or shut the fuck up. If I did my job with what my imagination told me, I’d never be hired anywhere.

Whether that’s true or not it does not necessarily discredit the views expressed and those views are far from something simply explained-away as ‘Occupy Rhetoric’.

No it is not. That is the same type of response that a conditioned north korean would say. Even if not, it’s still pointless as I can simply say your view is absurd.

It doesn’t matter what Gaddafi was going to do, it doesn’t matter if he was going to shove a fork up every first born’s asshole. There was no authorization to attack, and the military was forced to step in with no legal authorization. What a country does to its own people is of no concern to us, and we don’t have to right to step in where ever and when ever we feel like it.

And what tranquility? Libya isn’t the middle east, its north Africa. By destabilizing the damn nation a far right government could have taken over presenting even more problems. By stepping in we are only polarizing the issues here home even more. For what? A false sense of good?

And don’t hide behind the moral/ethical banner. If we cared so much, why aren’t we sticking our dick in Yemen, Saudi, you know helping people there to. If no government should be allowed to torch its own, why aren’t we on N.Korea? Oh that’s right, because we step on countries that can’t fight back.

And please stop this conspiracy shit. I really dont’ care where you get your sources, and this discussion isn’t about conspiracies, but a discussion about illegal unjustified behavior on the behalf of Europe and the US. Keep that shit between yourself and Beats.

I would be OK with this whole Libya fiasco if the leaders of America and Europe had the balls to openly admit that it was for self interest and not of that of the people of Libya. Because if it was for the people, we would be in other places as well.

Holy shit, you can copy paste, you are so fucking awesome you should be Korean!

Umm, how about no. Since you didn’t read the post then you obviously don’t understand why your silly (typical) replies really are meaningless to me. You can feel free to ignore. P.S. You’re still living in your imagination as well. I won’t bother with trying to explain what I mean from this (again).
