So Zenonia is worth paying for? I downloaded the demo but it kind of got ignored due to Dungeon Hunter taking up a lot of my time. I should have picked it up when they were having that huge sale although I can’t remember if that was on offer. Would I miss much of the story if I got the second before the first?

The story of the first is referenced to in the second one but not to any level where you’d be confused. It’s a nice little nod to those who played the first, nothing more. The first one was great though. I beat the game 3 times (one for each class).

The second one though, it may be fun but it’s got its problems.

  1. 4 classes but only 3 save slots. Wtf?
  2. Often you pick up items and they don’t show up in your inventory, you have to open and close the menu multiple times before it appears
  3. Sometimes in dungeons you hit the menu button and nothing happens beyond locking the button. You have to exit the room before you can press it again
  4. as the shooter class you’re often locked in the shooting animation and despite shooting an enemy right in front of you, he doesn’t get hit
  5. the end game bug is annoying me. I already grinded to level 63 (current cap) so I got nothing to do until they patch is mid april

I was pissed off I couldn’t play that on my 2nd gen ipod touch to the point where I kinda gave up iphone gaming for a bit.

But christ.
Next week we have Phoenix Wright dropping for $5 (the whole first game + extras)
The week after is an iphone port of Robot Unicorn attack
Sometimes soon is a Battle for Hoth Tower Defense. I’m once again hyped for this device.

I don’t have an iphone or itouch yet but is gaming on this device really work well? I’ve seen many videos but I can’t tell if they’re just terrible gamers or the controls are iffy.

Can someone clarify this for me? I’m looking for a new entertainment device. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve spent more time researching and playing iOS games then probably the vast majority of people on the planet because there are a ton of great iOS games, but limited room in my new 16GB iphone5S. With my 64GB iPad 2 I didn’t have to worry about space so I added a lot of subpar games, but eventually just stuck to playing Plants vs Zombies and ignore everything else. So only the cream of the crop games are added to my devices now :tup:
