Did round-robin/king of the hill. Only upsets had to do with me; I seeded 3rd and climbed up through Olli, Adam, and Blake. Good stuff to Adam for seeding 2nd and proving last week was no random fluke, and to Blake for running through everyone in round-robin and for taking the last set to all five rounds. I love these tourneys where pretty much anyone could come out on top. Keeps it interesting the whole way through.

Not gonna use Freemon. Guy looks mildly difficult to use for someone with three days to practice. Wasn’t a huge fan of any of the three bottom tier characters, so I’m going with someone lower-mid-tier and, more importantly, easier to use.

Holy balls I apparently looked at an OLD tier list. Yeah, I’m apparently using top-tier (Kain). Whoops. I KNEW something was wrong when I could combo into 50% from a throw. ^_____^
Maybe I’ll use someone else and then use Kain when I get knocked into losers. Rock and Hotaru are probably my only options unless I wanna practice feints and breaks for 30 hours with Freeman and then still lose.
Hmm, seems Olli might be right about 3S Online lagging. Some people are saying the set up on the PS3 is just fine but it lags on HDMI. Most are saying CRT (old TVs) work great. The way I tend to drop inputs sometimes I just can’t tell. Just did a quick search and one website said something about switching to VGA. Different cables I guess? I wouldn’t know.
