I got blown up pretty bad at WMS. Only won 1 round of MVC against someone who didn’t seem like he played the game. Met some cool people, though. Hoping someone starts hosting some MVC casuals sometime. I need to play more games against good players.

With only two weeks left until MN’s big Combo Breaker tournament I’m curious to who from Iowa is going to make the trip up? We’ve got a lively scene in SF and Marvel, and players of all skills levels in BlazBlue, Guilty, and King of Fighters. Plus, if gaming isn’t enticing enough for you, the tournament venue is offering drink specials, discounted food, and discounted cosmic bowling for attendees.
If one of y’all could somehow bring a HyVee with you as well that’d be sweet, I miss their breakfasts.

Just a heads up, tournament at Dubuque is still a go. Met with the venue people in person and we’ve got all our ducks in a row now. April is when we’ll start talking and planning the whole thing and an actual date is likely around late May or early June. Still can’t wait.
James - The weekend of May 27 is probably a bad idea, considering Keits’ UFGT7 is being run that weekend. Just a heads up when you start tossing around dates in April.
