KOF13 isn’t only the best fighter on the market right now. It’s also the funnest once you know what you’re doing.

How is the netcode for KOF98 and 2k2UM on XBL? Both are on sale this week for 50% off (as are some other SNK games) and if I can play you central Iowa guys without much issue I’d like to pick at least one of 'em up.

#2 the netcode is still pretty bad i still say that NGBC has the best netcode as far as snk games are concerned. I still think that the company (SNK) owns the company that makes the netcode which is why they have never switched.
Absolutely unplayable. I tried to play one of the guys in town, we got ~100ms ping, and there was almost a full second of delay from pressing a button and having it happen. Both are good games that I’d recommend getting if you just want to play them, but if you are looking to play Des Moines guys online then you should just hit us up on 98 on ggpo.
We’ve got some KOF players (included Dreamcancel’s Desmond Delaghetto). The single day format, combined with a need to make sure we aren’t stacking players on top of each other, forced a limitation on games. These 4 are the bigger draws in MN right now but I do anticipate there being KOF in the casuals area. The chance of a side-tourney is pretty high if demand and a bracket runner pop up.
Sad. I have other ways of playing either game, was more wondering so I could play you guys. 
Eh well, can always buy Sky Stage and/or Witches Neo.

Last couple Tuesdays, we haven’t had tourneys. Just practice sessions. Alex has either been busy or been sick, Adam had to work, and Corey depends on Adam for a stick. So, sadly, no results to speak of. Which makes me sad, 'cause I want some tourney results too. 
No tournament tonight, due to me having a fun case of either the flu or food poisoning. Either way, I’m not leaving the apartment.
