Inverted keys on my Qanba ;-;

Hello, I own an arcade stick Qanba Q4 RAF 3 is practically new, unfortunately for a few days they are reversed the first two upper keys with the first two lower keys while the other keys are left with the original configuration (1 and 2 places swapped with 3 and 4).
On the other hand, if I connect the arcade stick to the PS3 or the Xbox360 the keys are configured normally and there is no inverted button.
I was so desperate to format the computer but nothing changed at all.
Does anyone know how to help me??? TAT
sorry for my bad english too ;.;

Not sure what you’re referring to when you say “inverted”.
You also weren’t really specific as to where you saw this “inversion”, but I’m presuming it’s on PC, since you mentioned “format the computer”.

Keep in mind that, on a PC’s Device Manager, the buttons come out at a different order than you’d expect on PS3 or 360.

Is this only in one game?

when I press 1 , 3 light up, same for 2 and 4 and viceversa :<

unfortunatly is for all games ;A;

When you say you “press 1”, which button are you pressing?
Sorry, just want to make sure I’m understanding correctly.

I press the the leftmost and upper key

So that’s your “problem”. Just a misunderstanding.

Look at it this way: the upper-left button is the “X” button. The button next to it is the “Y” button. This is what I’m presuming you’re calling “button 1” and “button 2”.
Look at my diagrams. In XBOX360 mode, The X button corresponds to “button 3” and the Y button corresponds to “button 4”.

Just because it’s the upper-left button doesn’t make it “button 1”.
Hence why I created the diagrams above.

until a few days ago the commands had another setting ;A;

You sure they didn’t match the PS3 setting then?
I’d find it very hard to believe that any PCB would suddenly swap a few buttons in functionality, then swap back.

Plus, I’m sure the fact that both PS3 and X360 modes don’t line up to “buttons 1/2/3/4 and 5/6/7/8” on PC doesn’t help either.

Does it have a switch for 360/ps3? I had a Mayflash F300 that inverted 2 buttons when I used it in what I think was ps3 mode

He’s probably a Tekken player, that’s why he calls them 1, 2, 3 and 4

yes

If i use ps3 mode nothing changes unfortunately

unfortunately has the commands of the xbox360 controller that you listed me, and this thing is very annoying D:

  • If I press X [Square] on my arcade stick 3 button light up on my PC
  • If I press Y [Triangle] on my arcade stick 4 button light up on my PC
  • If I press A [Cross] on my arcade stick 1 button light up on my PC
  • If I press B [Circle] on my arcade stick 2 button light up on my PC

the rest is normal ;-;

That’s what I’m saying.
Look at my diagram for Xbox360 controls, reposted here for your convenience:

Xbox A = Button 1
Xbox B = Button 2
Xbox X = Button 3
Xbox Y = Button 4

That’s 100% expected and normal on PC.

sorry I explained badly, practically when I play tekken buttons are inverted in this way:

where the keys on the left would be the keys that I press on my arcade stick to configure it and the xbox commands on the right are the commands it receives

That is easy, just swap the wiring on the buttons

and that I find myself uncomfortable in the menu and I wanted to know if there was any way to solve the problem, I would not want it to change settings again and I had to get used to another configuration
