Greetings!
I started practicing a lot of street fighter recently because I said I will beat everyone at EVO!!!
JK i just decided to actually improve at the game.
Anyways what I do is enter training throw some hadou, satsu etc etc and then head online.
I noticed the following however.Sometimes even though I will execute the move PERFECTLY it wont trigger.
Take a look at this image: http://imgur.com/MMvZyyk
Look at the top 2 input indicators,my last 2 hadouken attempts.
As you can see the inputs are completely identical. However while the first hadouken triggered the second didn’t.
I wanna point out that this is a rare occurance and that I dont think it has to do with speed because i can mechanicaly do the exact same movement quite easily.Like, I can throw 10 hadouken eazy piezy.
But sometimes it just won’t happen!I wanna know why
You might have done it a bit early from when you did the last one causing nothing to come out because you were still recovering from the previous hado
Thats the logical assumption and the one that I assumed as well.
There is one problem though…I tried throwing consecutive hadous in different speeds slow, med, fast.
Those 2 attempts were attemted at medium speed
Fireball travel speeds wouldn’t matter since the actual frame data across all 3 normal fireballs are the same.
Hm…I will most likely keep experimenting in training.Perhaps what you said in your first reply is to blame.
You’re probably doing it while the fireball is still active on screen I would assume. Either that or what Tali said in which you are still trying to initiate the move (from button press) during recovery frames.
If there’s one of your fireballs on the screen you can’t do another fireball also
alright thanks for the replies everyone. It was helpfull
