Stages shown so has a stage hazard in the corner. I’m curious how this will affect corner pressure. Would I want to force someone into the corner where they can launch missiles at me, throw barrels like Donkey Kong, or get smashed by a car?
Love Nightwing’s staff stance. Could get some sick combos off of it. And Cyborg’s looking beast with the DIY Proton Cannon! Why conjure one out of thin air when you are one yourself.
Looks like Nightwing automatically switches to Staff stance when he does his super. I’m also itching to know the properties of Cyborg’s missles. They remind me of MK9 Cyrax, slow as hell but unblockable.
I know somebody else already said it but i really hope they change how batman stands and walks. That raised fist looks stupid as shit. Everyone else looks solid to me, but what the hell is bats doing???
But that’s what makes it interesting, typically unless you have a character like Steve Rogers or Bang shishigami, the obvious place you want your opponent to be in is in the corner. Now with the stuff they implemented, corner carry combos into corner mixup isn’t such a good idea potentially.
Tony clearly gave Cyborg on his sundays best lol.
This game is slowly picking up, so glad DC is getting their run
I cant wait til they tell us which Lanterns are in it. I know Sinestro is basically a given, but which GL. Most likely Hal unless they have to fill their black guy quota rofl.
Parallax Hal extra costume/character preeze.
either Hal or Stewart would be awesome for lantern. I hope that Jason Todd gets in this as Red Hood
my concern is that the stages ( looks somewhat beautiful, yet dull cause of there’s no people running around yet.)
the stages are too fucking huge! and the problem with that is that you can turtle hardcore and play runaway like crazy.
it works for marvel cause you have wave dashing and tridashing but from what it looks like on this one its just slow paced.
unless combos deal a big amount of damage and also the relative ease of actually landing a hit on sombody playing keep away these levels look over the top wide for my liking.
Waiting for Captain Marvel so I can yell shazam when I hit combos.
But if that don’t come into reality, beatin niggas asses with nigga Iron Man is fine.
As long as the walk speed and the ability to advance through a stage is good, then it shouldn’t be too bad. Stages don’t seem much bigger than MK and it didn’t have much problem with that either and this game’s movement ability seems above what MK has (unless you’re like Kabal) so yeah.
This game looks dope.
That is all.
Cyborg looks cool, love my keepaway.
Nightwing makes me very happy.
A big part of what made MK have such fast movement was the ability to cancel your dash with a block. While this game seems to have a generally faster walk speed, and dash speed, having to really commit to dashes makes it harder to just rush in. I can’t imagine this game being a “hold back to block” game would allow it to have dash canceling like MK9.
That said, I don’t really think zoning will be too big of an issue. Most characters will have ways around, for sure, figuring its from the MK team. and the movement is pretty quick.
I’m aware, and I figure that NRS will be aware of that and will compensate for the difference in dash philosophy somehow.
the boy cyborg got tools
wonder if you can turn stage hazards off aswell
I’m probably in the minority with this, but my Fav DC
character is Starfire and I’m praying that she get in. Cyborg getting
In gives me hope that she just might get in as well. I’d like to see
All the Teen Titans (in adult form) get in since they all utilize
A unique move set, including Terra, but at least Starfire please!!!
I hope DC doesn’t pull a Marvel/Capcom and exclude the heroines/femme fatale’s
Anyone else agree? Any other Starfire fans here?
I’d also personally prefer Killer Frost over Captain Cold or Mr Freeze. I think she
makes for a more interesting character (potentially) because she doesn’t
just hold an ice gun, not to mention she kind of
Would knock out two birds with one stone by also adding some
Much needed boobage to the roster. At least as of this moment. Personal opinion tho.
Anyone else agree?
BTW I’m new to these parts so 'Ello to all waves
i like Starfire too, she may very well be here, but there are still so much more better choices such as Zatana, Black Canary and Hawkgirl, I like the Teen Titans but i really wouldnt want them to be all here, Cyborg could be very well excluded from that theory since he is more understood to be with the JLA than the Teen Titans. Im hopefull for a Stephanie Brown version of Robin though

Not sure if you’ve heard yet but both Cyborg and Nightwing have been confirmed.
Since Nightwing is in that renders Robin unnessessary. That leaves
Beast boy, Raven, and Starfire, possibly Terra to complete the TT. I’m not saying there isn’t better
Or more popular options out there, esp with such a limited roster, but They all offer
Something unique so I hope at least Star and Raven get in. Beast boy may be a bit difficult since he would undoubtedly soak up quite a bit of time and resources but I guess only time will tell.
Not a fan of Hawkgirl personally but to eac his/her own I guess. Black Canary either to be honest but Zatanna could be cool
I know Nightwing and Cyborg are in, but to be honest Cyborg doesnt count as much as a member of Teen Titans anymore. Hes already a part of the JLA more so in the new 52. honestly theres no need to have a Teen Titans roster, Raven and Starfire maybe very well be replaced by anyone in the Lantern Cor since all they do is fly around and shoot fire balls. Hawkgirl/Hawkman are one of the founding members of JLA,Stephanie Brown is a different form of Robin she also was Spoiler before given the role and then became the latest Batgirl, Shes not exactly like Dick Graysons Robin everyone who has read Batman arcs knows that each Robin that was under Bruces wing are all different aside from the costume, Tim Drake, Jason Todd, and Damian Wayne are all different interpretations. Dick Grayson is more of an Acrobat type of Robin, while Damian Wayne is more of a Ninja sociopath since he was raised by Talia Al Ghul daughter of Ra’s Al Ghul who leads the League of Shadows
