Batman has already taken out the entire Justice League, when he had preparation time. Give him Lex Luthors superior intellect and resources and Supermans side needs even more people to compete with Bats. <br>Additionally to that it seems like Flash will go over to Batmans side. Flash is the most powerful of them all, so having his ridiculous powerlevel, as well Batman and Lex Luthor who could additionally use Flashs speed to come up with gadgets even faster? Damien Wayne is Morrison’s creation, and it’s been clear from jump that while yes DC does control the character, Morrison is one of the few writers at DC that has carte blanche to do whatever he desires.<div><br></div><div>As for the event in question, Morrison had been building toward this in Batman Inc. for a while.
