He doesn’t have the money for both, which is why I’m telling him to switch but he’s paranoid that he won’t make up the money for Injustice in time. MGR comes out in one month, Injustice in 3. Logic dictates you go after the earlier release and build up money for the later one in the interim.

UGH the trailer was decent but it definitely didnt satisfy my Injustice itch. Not giving up on this game though because I know its gonna be awesome no matter how fast we get the info on the characters.
Wow, I’m surprised by this. Not the trailer, the responses. Losing hype just because of a mediocre character trailer? I don’t buy it. My inner fanboy is happy enough getting a peek at Joker’s voice for this. Just because it’s not Mark Hamill doesn’t mean this guy won’t do a decent job at the very least. Besides it still doesn’t change the fact that Kevin Conroy, the one true Batman, is returning to the role in a fighting game.

With that combination alone, it will take more than a bad trailer to turn me off this game.

MKvDC’s Joker wasn’t bad. It’s just that Hamill’s Joker is just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too good.
Hamil is probably never doing the Joker again. Unless under very specific circumstances.

I can see why people are getting frustrated. All I was is more non-edited gameplay footage.
It’s not because of the trailer. I don’t even hate the trailer, it’s a decent trailer.
But you say why are people being turned off? What’s getting me to want the game in the first place? Right now the only thing I really know about the game and how it plays is it has DC characters, back to block and is made by NRS. That’s it. There’s no truly competent gameplay out there, we barely know shit about THE ACTUAL FIGHTING GAME.
Real talk I don’t give a shit who they put in the game. In the end, characters are only skins wrapped around hitboxes. I want to know how the game plays. That’s what keeps me interested and as of only 3 months before the game’s release I barely know shit.
I’m frustrated because I want to like the game…but I don’t know anything about the game itself that makes me want to give a shit. Kevin Conroy, that’s nice, love the dude’s VA. Too bad he can’t tell me how the game plays.

You cant help but notice NRS studios added that Heath Ledger Joker symbol on the bomb beside this Joker. Also how Batmans cowl somewhat looks like Nolans.

there is no 90z style buy the game to find out what shitz going on, lets be honest the games behind schedule and there in crunch mode, id be amazed if the games not delayed at this point, with nrs not trying to buy its way into a evo slot an nothing to show,
its not a 90z hype train boons on, he is in a half a games done with a few months to go mode with warner bros probably saying we dont give a shit its going out on release date, i expect most that were already in mkvsDc to be almost the exact same moves ported over newer skins.

Superman vs Green arrow :

Notes: Superman has a dive kick! But there’s a lot of knockback so not sure how useful it will be for pressuring - maybe spacing tool? Some sort of charge punch (although I’m thinking that’s the ‘knock your opponent into a different area’ move), otg heat vision (air version is almost full screen, altough that might be EX or whatever it’s called) and ice breath which I’m not really sure how useful it is. Some kind of scoop attack that he can juggle off - possible reset options?
GA looks kinda bad ass too: OTG Super, fire 3 different sets of arrows in almost any direction, arrows can be primed and cancelled. Sort of reminds me of Stryker now that i think about it. Hopefully though, he’s not in the same tier…
Batman vs WW:

Notes: Bat’s can glide which looks kinda interesting - wonder how that will play out in competitive play? His Super is blockable 
and his ground grapple hook looks kinda derpy atm. Still, it’s friggin BATMAN!
WW looks like she has some sort of dragon punch type move with her laso - not sure how well it will work as an AA. She also has some kind of leap move - maybe like Rose’ Soul Throw? Also a possible scorpion spear kind of move? Can’t tell cus the guy whiffed it 
In Shield and Sword stance, she can throw her tiara (thanks Jocelot) as a projectile. Not much else to say - Batman beat the shit out of her any time she did something remotely interesting…Batman for top tier yo!
Harley Quinn vs Cyborg:

Notes: Looks like you can combo off of HQ’s Super - again, possible reset options? That’s pretty cool imo. Cyborg has a lot of cool shit too, grapple evade type moves, some sort of pounce/grapple (he kept whiffing it in the vid) bomb traps (kind of), a frigging gun-arm - all good stuff.
If you look closely, you can see some of the notations for their moves in the pause screen - I’m pretty sure one of them is down, forward — possibly for the grapple?
EDIT: he’s got some more videos too, including a Nightwing vs HQ that shows a lot of normals and specials. Don’t want to screw the load times up any more so won’t post it on this page, but be sure to check it out!
Overall: I’m really digging this game atm. Can’t decide who to main though. Deathstroke, GA and Cyborg looking like real good candidates so far. The Geek inside me is very happy!
