Injustice: Gods Among Us; New Game by NetherRealm Studios

Hay guys

I don’t think retailer-exclusive DLC can happen without the consent of the people making the games

but then again I have a drinking problem, what do I know?

Money is magical.

When do you guys expect the see the next character reveal?

Ed Boon already confirmed that the next reveal will take place at the NY Comic-Con (Oct 6-11)

Next reveal: Lex Luthor (and maybe also Captain Cold).

I really want to see Aquaman for some reason.

I want the next reveal to be more than one fucking character.

And someone with actual superpowers.

My prediction is a Green Lantern and possibly Green Arrow.

I have nothing but high hopes for this game

You all are cray cray. The next reveal will be another Batman character.

I really liked how the game felt when I played a few rounds at Fan Expo this year.

I hope the next reveal won’t be another Batman villain, someone like Black Adam or Star Sapphire. The way the character select screen is now makes the game look like the Justice League vs Batman’s Arkham Asylum.

Ditto, him or Martian Manhunter would make my day.

Sweet, dude. Got any details? Who’d you use, how’d it feel compared to other 2D fighters/ MK 9, was it fun, etc.

I really liked how “epic” it felt as in every move felt like it was a solid hit. The dashing in the game had alot of range but maybe it was the characters I played which included superman, batman, flash and nightwing. I find the overall pace of the game relatively the game slightly faster than MK9 but that could also be due to the character of choice and my use of dashing. While playing the game, i noticed that i was literally all over the place while my opponents struggled to fly over towards my general area (playing superman) for his walking speed was slow. Batman however did not have this issue, his grabbles covered various angles and had strong keep away with his bats covered around him and when they homed onto me. When I played Flash, his dashes were quick and covered much ground and they seemed pretty safe to do. Something like Iron Fist in UMvC3. Batman’s normals seemed short, I wasn’t able to capatalize much when I had an opening, I believe batman relies heavily on tricky combos revolving around his bats and gadgets (which at the time I was being yelled at for checking the move set and being called a cheater from several other 12 year olds amongst the crowd in line). Superman and other “power characters” in that class were much more easy to use as i was able to chain my normals that did a lot damage. Superman’s laser attacks from his eyes seemed cheap. It was a like a Shuma Gorath laser but rather than a hold move it was something like a QCF but the start up on them are slow. I believe they are near instant if combo’ed into but I wasn’t able to figure out what normal was to be cancelled.

EDIT: I forgot to mention I first played that character with the glowing red spot on his chest and a robotic arm on the right screen in this picture. I totally forgot his name but he was the best character to use in the entire roster thus far. I just remember his normals feeling like a tank (big damage) and everyone was respecting my space as well A+ zoning capabilities.

Whoa, that’s awesome in depth look at what’s to come, happy you enjoyed it dude. It feeling faster than MK9 is kinda scary in a cool way, since MK9 was already pretty fast lol.

On a secondary note, the robot dude you’re thinking of is Cyborg.

You want more?
(But keep in mind that all the impressions you read about are from a very, very early build of the game, so we don’t know if some things changed)

If I wasn’t already totally sold, Batman’s scorpion deathlock would’ve done it.

I know he didn’t just say The Flash has a gay outfit >:(

Examples of when this has never been the case for any game?
