Besides, since Mark Hamill said he’s quitting the role, I don’t want to see him in this game. Give some light to the other Batman Villains instead. Marvel Super Heroes didn’t die because it didn’t have the Green Goblin or the Mandarin in it.
Not really, using old pictures from mvc2 is not the same as new fully rendered joker (they could have easily just used the one from mk vs dc if it was just for the purpose of having him on the computer).

It’s that it would be a shame if the game’s roster composed of mostly Batman characters. Don’t want to see a case like MvC2 where most of the Marvel side of the roster were X-Men characters.

Its really difficult to have not more than 5 Batman related characters in this game – all of them have the richest origin story and most comics ive read youd see a few DC characters even jump in to a Batman comic rather than Batman jumping into theirs (this does happen but not quite often) Batman: Hush, Batman: Time and the Batman, Batman: Detective Comics have all sorts of cameos from different DC Characters and how about Batman Beyond one of the only shows on tv that ever introduced the modern justice league and a older Clark Kent. Batman Brave and the Bold had most of the JLU in it. The Batman cartoon season 4 was focused on the Justice League forming. Im not saying other DC characters are lame but they have always revolved around Batmans universe
Well they are considered to be around Bruce Waynes circle meaning they’ve been trusted with the means to use Batman as a symbol
Not to mention the “Four Gods” were composed of them.

If they are allowing alternate costumes and such id want to see Nightwing in his cape and cowl as Batman i enjoyed Tony Daniels run on Dick Grayson as Batman
Boon stating that the story will explain how human characters like Batman can stand toe-to-toe with Supes and why everyone’s fighting each other. I personally could care less about explanations.

That version of Cat-woman strikes me as really cheesy.
I like Catwoman but to be honest when I saw her gameplay all I could think of was “damn this would be 100x cooler if this was Cheetah instead” and I’m a guy who’s typically is on team “Batman is DC”.
I mean look at her gameplay and tell me that could not have been Cheetah. Ugh wasted potential, I bet Wonder woman doesn’t get any villains in this game at all which is a shame because she has some good ones.
On the positive side Catwoman has all kinds of swag in her win poses which should make her a favorite, especially among the female fighting game players.

how often do they announce characters? is there a schedule of when they’re gonna unveil characters? or do they just unveil them at conventions
SO… Catwoman. Not surprised really, but hope they aren’t going to have too many batman characters, but I supposed that is impossible.
She did look fun to play though, and I like her outfit.
My guess is they’re taking the Marvel route this time and unveiling them at Cons & Expos. So you should see one more reveal in a few days for GamesCom, then two more next month at TGS.
I hope there’s still a hope for Ivy catwomens looking awesome much better than the disappointment called Anne Hathaway.
