What’s the point when you already set a date. I think it’s perfectly fine and some people might have already asked for the day/weekend off for this so changing it will also throw some confusion as well.

It’s up to you guys. It just all depends on the weather to see if I can come or not. Honestly the only people from Ft. Wayne that are affected by holding this the week after Abe’s party is Abe and his buddy Mike Conway. They work every-other-weekend so that means in January they have the weekends of the 12th & 26th off.
There is no guarantee they will come anyway but honestly I bet if you came to this party and then had the tournament on a date they could attend (and no shitty weather of course which can’t be predicted) then I bet they would do their best to attend. Plus that lets Indy and some of these other GG guys come so perhaps it really might be best to bump it back either one or three weeks.
I know that just made things more unclear as to what you should do, sorry, but that is what I know about the scheduling situation.

Hey just to let everyone know that if you need a place to stay cause you live to far away I might be able to work something out with you since I have a 5 bedroom house, and i live there alone. Just PM me.

Hey guys, awesome, I’ll definitely try to make it with a couple OH guys. I’d vote for a date further from New Year’s though, just because a lotta people travel a BUNCH around the holidays (incl. me) and I know I wouldn’t be anxious to take another trip so soon after. And BOWL GAMES! I think toward end of Jan would be way better.
50 people PER game (3s/Marvel) is really unrealistic though. You guys did a really nice job w/ the first, but I’m 99% sure you won’t get those kind of numbers yet. Some major and major-ish tournies have trouble getting 50 a game.
Please try to get the date straightened out soon either way to give people enough time to plan. It’ll be cool seeing everyone again.
I can bring equipment again if you guys need. Also you prob want ST on DC.
If it gets pushed back I’ll be bringing a DC for sure.
I vote to move it back a week or three.
