Yo, I can bring the following:
-24" Toshiba CRT
-Wii w/component cables (NO Gamecube controllers though; they’re all broken) and SSBM
-Fliptop PS2 w/component cables with, well…it’s a fliptop, so pretty much anything
-Camcorder, if anyone cares
-PS2 Sanwa balltop/buttons stick w/ octagonal restrictor; will bring a square insert if anyone’s picky (thanks again Finkel)
-maaaaaaad skeeeeeelz
-Cash to “donate” to you all for money matches and tournaments
-Backup tournament brackets, in case no one else does
-Component/S-Video/Composite distribution amp w/appropriate cables, if needed (for the projector or recording, if anyone is interested)

Syxx573: I would think so because DR is the only PS3 game that we’ve got planned as far as I know. I think right now we have 2 PS3s for that.

So is it possible that i might borrow someone’s PS2 stick for 3rd Strike? I got rid of all my sticks except my one for DC and my X-arcade (yes you can laugh, i do). I might be bringing a Fighting Stick EX2 for VF5 if someone is bringing it for X360 and i can get a hold of my friend to borrow it from.

I was planning on walking over, as I live downtown. But if ya want to use it sure. Though I don’t have any adapters for it, because they have hella lag. I strictly use it for emulators. So if you have an adapter and are fine with the lag I’ll bring it.
I’ll bring my PSX USB adapter in case anyone brings a computer for emulators.

Tim! I got double-whammied with the videos. My external that houses all of the footage bit the dust. I think it may be salvageable; I just have to tear it open and hard-mount it to see if it was just the USB interface that died. If that wasn’t enough, my CPU has been overheating recently. I gutted my computer and rebuilt it a month or so ago when I discovered the damn thing was running at 60C with no loads of any kind! Translation: Even ripping MP3s from uncompressed CDs causes my poor old computer to overheat like Brent’s mom after some Boone’s Farm. Video renders and encoding, therefore, makes it curl up and die. Brian Ho, an old friend of mine, has some experience with game videos like the ones I want to make, and is willing to help out, so long as that hard drive isn’t really dead. I need to finish them before I leave for Air Force basic in March.
On a happier note, you’re welcome to use my Sanwa stick all day, provided I’m not using it during a tournament round. It might end up being yours permanently if Brent decides to kill me there after reading this :wgrin:
