Nah it’s free to play at Arsenal but we try to support the place by buying food and drinks there since they let us use the space for free. If you can make it next Monday I’d be more than happy to teach you some GG, just be ready to soak up a lot of info. Shit’s deep.

Hey guys ! Sorry about not making Arsenal this week. I had to spend some time w/ the GF. To be honest Mondays are going to be a bad day for me, real life is taking over and I’m not going to be free on Mondays until 7:30pm. I’m glad to hear that we are getting together on Wed next week due to the Birthday party at Arsenal.
Wed would damn near be perfect for me, I could get there on time and everything to set up. Hopefully more people show up so we can switch the day. How many heads / setups did we get this week ?

Hello, just so you know we have recently started holding weekly gatherings at the Arsenal Game Room. We have been meeting there on Mondays from 5pm to 10pm (although we haven’t really been getting kicked out until closer to 11pm). For this upcoming week our usual Monday spot has been taken by a birthday party so we are moving it to Wednesday at the same time.
Our arrangement with the venue is that we get the room for free, and we in turn buy food/drinks from the cafe, which is their main source of income.
Setups are welcome and as always you should definitely bring your own controller and/or arcade stick
EDIT: I have updated the first post with a section for gatherings such as the arsenal game room events. I will try to keep this updated with currently scheduled events.

yo Effenhoog about this Arsenal game room does it frequently have a decent supply of gamers? It sounds pretty interesting, but I don’t know about going if not many peeps are there. Also if I did go would it be wise to bring my own tv and system?
We’ve only been doing it a couple weeks now but we had a pretty good turnout so far. Last time we had a smaller crowd with SRK being down all weekend, but regardless this is pretty much the only regular weekly gathering for Indianapolis. Bringing a system is probably a good idea, at least until we establish who generally shows up regularly and with what equipment.
We just need people willing to come out, support the venue, and bring some equipment to really get this going. Once we have things settled it could even turn into weekly ranbats or something but for now we just need to show up, play some video games, and eat some food.
I only showed up for the first meeting due to the terrible weather on Monday, but I’d say there were about 15ish people? It was a pretty good turn out for the first meeting.

Alright I’ll try to find a way there I hope I can go this wednesday. My dad would be the one to take me due to my back problem. But I have a 26 inch 720p flatscreen I could bring, and my ps3. With that I could bring MK9, SSF4, BBCS, MVC3, AH3, Tekken 6, Street Fighter Alpha Anthologies, and Street Fighter Collection. Also have sf2 HD Remix, MK2, mvc2, and Tekken 5. But yeah the ride is the biggest issue.
