What do you guys think about doing GG and a rotating alternate tournament every Monday? Our Monday regulars seem to go for more GG, but I’d still like to reach out to those guys who haven’t been coming and give them a reason to be there. One week we can do SSF4, next we do Marvel, then MK, etc. I’m not gonna be able to make it on Fridays very often, but I can come on Mondays and run those. If we want, I can also find some web space and start hosting up our results, so people can keep track of how they’re doing. If ZAP starts coming again, we can maybe record matches too.
It took us about 2 hours to run an 8 man tourney with one tourney setup. This was with a few hiccups, occasionally someone would be in a game or people would be playing on the tourney station for some reason. I think if I was a bit more proactive in getting people prepared for their upcoming matches and keeping the tourney setup clear, we could do an similarly sized tourney in about an hour and a half. As we do this more often we’ll get more efficient at it as well.

Also, if anyone is getting Dark Souls for ps3, add me on PSN. My ID is xzelx. If anyone wants a collectors edition but missed out on it, I have a 2nd copy coming in. I’d be willing to sell it at cost plus tax, no markup.

man i’m a little behind … here’s what’s important while i got time…
1-T3 this saturday… Pat i can use all the help i can get… we’re running 3 games plus yur sudden death and we’ll be using both PS3 and 360 for tournament games so i’m gonna need some donations from whoever cares to provide em… and i need last minute votes for either MK9 or 3S
2- I’ll be at the Arsenal Friday night to get some practice for the following day and to hangout and finalize some stuff so i’ll play whatever we have planned… i’d really like to play either CvS2 (Indy) or DOA4 … talk to me if you guys have any questions or info for T3 on Saturday or SB the week after
Again…never thought I’d see the day where a tourney match was delayed because someone was in an InuYasha money match. I guess there really is a first for everything in Das Clubb.
I’m going to go ahead and say MK9, mostly because I’m curious to see if it still has a local scene here or if it truly is dead in Indy. I’ve got a 360 copy, if you need it.

Some of it might be but it looks pretty different from how I usually see Venom played now. Unfortunately there’s not a whole lot of useful information/guides on AC Venom these days besides just watching japanese matches.
The best Venom right now is N-Otoko aka N-O aka NO. He’s so good (and cocky) that they made a team tournament (of 4-man teams) called “Let’s Take Down N-Otoko Festival” just for the purpose of beating him. He entered by himself and got 2nd, only losing to the team with members who had been on his team when he won that year’s SBO.
FYI: 3s ranbat is happening this friday. 2/3 double elim, winner may change super art. We can also do a random team tourney if we have time and interest.

I’m desperately trying to go to T3 tomorrow, and on the off chance someone can cover my shift at work and I can go, anything in particular I need to know in advance? I know it’s $5 per game and starts around, 4-4:30, something like that (can’t remember what I read lol). It would be my first actual tournament. Do I have to pre-register or any of that stuff? Or just show up?

Even though I was hella late…T3: Full Circle was a blast! I can’t believe that it’s been a whole year since I’ve jumped into the Indy fighting game scene. I just want to thank you guys (I’m looking at you G and Bank) for bringing me in and treating me like a brother from the very start.
