Renegade, i like you man i really do. hahaha. i think Barzaad is planning to host another Indy event sometime near Season’s Beatings so there is 2 tourneys right there you need to be attending! being serious here. use the Indy event as a warmup and then hit up SB for your chance to play top folks from US, Canada, Taiwan, France, Japan, etc etc. why in the world would you pass that up year after year?

Ain(KY) had an interested tactic I have not noticed a Ky player doing before; on knockdown, he would jump over the opp., then back air-dash and try to get a cross-up hit. In the vids I did not see it hit the opp. (except in the KY vs VE vid below) as it was blocked every time, but still cool.

X FACTOR OBJECTION! You activate X Factor, Phoenix Wright comes in, Objects and immeidatley turns X Factor off for your opponent… If this ISN’T his level 3 than Capcom screwed up.
EDIT: I think I said this wrong. I mean your opponent activates X Factor, you have Phoenix Wright and you use your level three to turn off your opponents activated X Factor… could you imagine how awesome that would be in MvC3? Dark Phoenix? I’m not scared of you!!! OBJECTION!!!
This would be a million different kinds of epic.
It’s the only way I can think of Phoenix Wright being a legit fighting game character… otherwise Phoenix Wright is just the MvC3 version of Ultradavid without the Raging Law Demon…

Well its hard between teaching / raising a family / weekday… and N and O Cammy are SOOOO bad… Although I do have to say I’ve been sucked in pretty hard by 3S. I played about 20 or so matches the other night on XBL with Indy… I mean sure he blew me up pretty bad (He’s got somewhere between 8-10 more years with the game than my piddly 5 days now… AND WTF WITH THOSE URIEN MIXUPS… SCREW AEGIS REFLECTOR LOL) but it was tons of fun… I still can’t parry for crap… but I see the appeal (that it until I got 85% comboed by this Yun with GJ on Akuma… boy was THAT depressing…)
But I actually played some classic mode with Cammy the other night… once I stopped throw teching (ugh…) It got better.
I also want to add, someone else thought of another great idea, since Deadpool gets a win quote referencing Yipes, Phoenix Wright needs a win quote referencing UltraDavid… MAKE IT HAPPEN CAPCOM!
I can totally understand that. We’re there on Fridays too if that’s a better night. I just started playing Fei Long so we can have some bottom tier battles. And hell if I can get chicken wing to come out one out of every three or four tries. Instant-air roundhouse is like my calling card with him, lol. He’s so fun though.
I’ve also been meaning to get on GGPO. If you play on there, maybe we could get a few games sometime.
I will try to talk to my wife into letting me come home late and stopping by Arsenal… I want to come by. I really do, I want to play some AE, some ST, some 3S… it just hasn’t worked out yet. But it will at some point!
